IT Center Management: The management of the information technology center of the campus of technical colleges was established in 1996 in order to plan, organize, coordinate, control and support IT affairs at the level of the technical campus. Policy-making of major IT programs of the university's affiliated units is done centrally by the University Information Technology and Cyberspace Center.
Responsible for maintaining and developing network infrastructure in the buildings of colleges and affiliated centers. Cooperation in the implementation and support of policies announced by the Center for Information Technology and Cyberspace of the University of Tehran in 9 faculties and affiliated centers and institutions on the campus of technical colleges is one of the main tasks of this management. It can be said that the information technology center of the campus of technical colleges is the link between the center of information technology and cyberspace of the university and the computer centers of all the faculties of the technical campus in the implementation, development and support of all informatics affairs.
Main tasks of IT Center Management:
- Development, maintenance and upgrade of the network
- Development, maintenance and support of hardware and software
- Design and implementation of special and required software projects at the campus level
- Development and provision of services required by users in the network
- Design, development and support of technical affairs of the website of the campus of technical colleges
- Necessary cooperation with the Information Technology and Cyberspace Center of the University of Tehran in developing and updating the websites of the faculties and vice chancellors of the campus .
- Support for IT affairs of campus computer centers

Schools Computer Centers:
Each of the faculties at the level of the campus of the technical faculties has independent computer centers that are managed by the administrators of the computer centers of the faculties. These centers operate in both research and education.
The research section is for professors and graduate students and the educational section is for undergraduate students. Hardware and software support of computer centers of colleges and departments, user training and information services are provided centrally by experts of computer centers of colleges.
To benefit from these facilities, it is necessary that all users, including faculty members, students and university staff, have a username and password for the university email. High-speed Internet access for groups is possible through the Hotspot system, with the central authentication of the University of Tehran and with a specific volume of Internet for each group on a monthly basis.
People who are outside of these three groups and need to use the Internet inside the university need to refer to the IT expert of the relevant unit.
