Director of Research Affairs
The Directorate of Research Affairs, operating under the Vice Presidency for Research and Technology of the College of Engineering, oversees both fundamental and applied research offices and is responsible for advancing the research standing of the College's constituent faculties.
The main areas of responsibility of this directorate include research grants and the registration of academic and research achievements of faculty members; engineering conferences and journals; research missions; university–industry and community engagement; negotiation and execution of research contracts and memoranda of understanding (MOUs); laboratory management; participation in the University's research programs; and other related services and responsibilities.
